Cherry Blossom at Ilsan Lake (April 2016)

Hello~ It's the start of the new year and of course I am still posting about Korea even after leaving because why not? I have so much to share.

This week's blog is about our cherry blossom viewing and picnic at Ilsan lake! We decided to go on a picnic and what better place to go to than Ilsan Lake where there are cherry blossom trees everywhere when they bloom in April. You can see families hanging out, having their own small picnics, couples (and lots of couples, lots and lots) roaming around taking selcas, people riding bikes, and friends taking many pictures of the blooming cherry blossom trees. It was so beautiful and I can say that it was one of my favorite scenes of Korea, Spring ♡♡♡.

We sat under this cherry blossom tree so whenever a breeze came, some petals would fall down. It was so beautiful!

We had a long, fun day that day. I'd love to see the cherry blossoms again this year but that's impossible. I'll hope to see it again someday. To the girls and South Korea, I miss you.
