Since we had to buy our own drying rack, we asked our next door neighbor to see where we could get one. She said that we can get one at Grand Mart in B1 of SPAO (where EXO was). Since I got a stomach ache from eating that spicy noodles... we stayed indoors on Friday and away from the rain. We went to buy it today instead. Today's weather was better than the other days as a little breeze is blowing. We got into SPAO and went down to B1. Since B1 was where the dry food, noodles, chips, beer, detergent, and sausage/bacon were, we decided that we'd like something other than just eggs and noodles for breakfast. We got curry, spam, sausages, and Yakult! :] oh, and more noodles. We got the Jjajangmyun one and another one I've yet to try.
We tried finding the drying rack but we couldn't find it. We paid a total of 23,010 won for our groceries. After we paid for our things, I tried to ask the cashier through broken Korean and the English part didn't work :P since Shena's internet wouldn't work. I said "clothes" in Korean but that didn't help! Thanks to Shena saying "laundry" in Korean, the cashier got the ad and pointed to the drying rack. She said we had to go to B3! I didn't know there was a B2 or B3. Anyways.... we thanked her and went down. B2 was were the fruits and vegetables were at and on the opposite side was raw meat. B3 was the housing department where you can get the rice cookers, bed sheets, pillows, slippers, and etc....
We found the drying rack and was trying to look for the price and the guy pointed to the sign above. We didn't even look! We just laughed and thanked him too. It was 10,000 won for both the small and big one but we got the small one instead. What are we gonna do with it when we leave? My suitcase should be big enough for it to fit in though... While Shena was at the cashier, I looked at the pillows and they were 10,000 won but they were so hard! We liked softer pillows so we didn't get it. We tried to leave the way we were coming from but it was the wrong way, so we went back to where the pillows were and went up the escalators that way. Since we already had things to carry, we didn't look at the items in the SPAO store. Maybe next time we could also explore the other floors of the building :]

DeleteHow is the drying process of the clothes? Is it fast? Doesn't it make you clothes smelly?
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty good! The clothes dry overnight and come out fine. Just a tiny bit wrinkled but great!
DeleteDrying racks puzzle me...
