A Day with My Sisters and Kimchi Making

     Today, the girls, except for Mary, went to watch Cinderella in the theaters. It was a really great movie and Sabrina cried through some scenes. The childhood memories~

Ingredients for Kimchi

     I decided to make Kimchi today! So, we planned to go shopping after Cinderella. We went home and got Mary then went shopping. 

Japong, Samgyetang, and Jajangmyun

     We went shopping at Koreana Plaza and ate Jajangmyun, Samgyetang, and Japong~ I got half of my shopping done for making my Kimchi. Then, we went to Smile and I completed the rest of the shopping and hopped next door to Smile Home Shopping to buy a Kimchi container. FINALLY! 

     I finally also got to make Kimchi with all my sisters, except Houa. Usually it's Heidi, Mary, or Angel that helps out. But today, Heidi and Mary helped me cleaned the Napa cabbages, Angel and Anna helped me shred the vegetables, Anna also helped me make the sweet rice flour paste, and Sabrina also asked to help so I had her helped me unwrapped the fish sauce and shrimp sauce. Since I promised to take Alex to Game Stop and he had already waited the whole day for me, I took him and my brothers to Game Stop. I back came home and completed the sauce. We waited another hour until the napa cabbage was fully soaked in the salt then...the mixing began and then kimchi packing! And Finish!

It's been a long and fun day~

     I also dyed my hair to red again! The roots were showing and my hair grew back pretty fast. I'll be growing it out instead of cutting it short.
